Return & Exchange

Eligibility

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Process

  1. Capture a photo of The Item In and Out The Package  

  2. Send It to Us through DMs in Instagram 

  3. Once we receive The Photo, we’ll process your exchange or refund.

  4. Refunds are transferred once we receive your returned item. 

Notes

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

  • Please note that, as per our courier’s policy, opening the package upon delivery is not allowed. If you wish to return or exchange, you still have a 5-day window to contact us, and our team will handle it for you.
